What we collect
Account identity from your sign-in provider, the family and member details you enter, birth records, generated chart data, reminder preferences, and support messages you send us.
Why we collect it
To create and save charts, show your family records, deliver reminders you ask for, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
Who can see it
Family and member records are available only to the signed-in account that owns them, unless you explicitly grant access. Service providers that host authentication, storage, and notifications process data on our instructions.
Retention and deletion
Account and family records are kept while your account is active. A deletion request is processed under the published retention policy. Some records, such as payment or audit records, may be retained where law requires.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences, withdraw optional consents, and request deletion of your account. Contact details for privacy requests will be published before launch.
Children
Accounts are intended for adults. A child's details may be added only by a parent or guardian who is authorized to do so.
